Calling All Kids: Hipster

The awesome Alida has a series every year named: Calling All Kids
Pretty much we make something that's not your typical gender stereotyped clothing.
I love the whole idea of the series and had a lot of fun making this look!

I love hipster style clothes. Long tanks and rolled up skinny jeans are pretty in right now. Add that to the weather warming up (knock on wood) and this was the perfect outfit to make!

I used LouBee Clothings DOLI tank for the top.
This black and grey star knit is one of my absolute favorites and I added the red and white chevron star for some interest.

The jeans of course are the Titchy Threads Small Fry Skinny Jeans. I made the size 3t with zero changes cause they can be rolled up and used as Capri's with a more fitted look for Zoe, but Jude can still use them this coming winter.
I topstitched stars on the back pockets to match the shirt.

I obviously had to pull out all the stops and whistles and bought jean rivets too. LOVE these jeans!

And because we can't leave out the silly baby sister modeling:

You should totally check out the tour for all the awesome idea's for clothes to fit EVERY kid!

  3. Love the doli! What's on underneath it? A tube top? I love how it looks together. And I'm still wowed by everyone's small fry's. I've never used rivets and now I totally want to :)

  19. I don't think you'll regret ordering from the designer. For me, it was a very smart decision and I am so happy that I did it. Weddings are expensive enough!
