STYLO: Mademoiselle & Nutta Fabrics

I couldn't forget to write about the darling Sunday Mademoiselle doll or the fun beach bags I made for STYLO!

C'est Dimanche is a wonderful French pattern company with some absolutely stunning patterns. They sponsored the Miss Sunday kit for me to make for STYLO. I don't think it could be any more adorable!

The instructions are all in French, but Alma was very helpful in explaining any confusing parts I came across to make the doll.
The kit came with fabric to make the doll and her headpiece along with the pattern pieces. I ended up using this neon blue chambray that I got from Nutta Fabrics for her headpiece instead of what was supplied. I think it was the perfect choice for a summer theme! The dress and little jacket patterns are part of Miss Sunday's Booklet of patterns. The fabric for the dress and her little shorts were from Joanns, and the fabric for her jacket came from Michael Levines.

Jude decided early on that this doll is his and he has brought her along everywhere we go.

Now on to the beach bags! Shino from Nutta Fabrics is absolutely lovely and sponsored this neon chambray in pink, blue, and yellow. I decided to make some little colorblocked drawstring backpacks for when we are at the splash pad or pool. I lined the inside with some boardshort material I had. They've been wonderful to have for the summer!

Thank you so much C'est Dimanche and Shino for sponsoring the fabric and kit to make these accessories for STYLO!

I had a blast participating in STYLO. Thank you again Celina and Jess for having me!!
