I cannot tell you how incredibly excited I am for the release of this dress!
Last year I was part of STYLO magazine and this dress was just in the baby stages of being made. I adore the Angie dress (the adult version) and could not wait for the kids to come out!
(Hacked Sally Dress for STYLO)
The Sally Dress comes from 3m - 14 years old, which is amazing news for us. These tall lanky girls I've got!
The dress is a slip on, so no buttons or zippers! The back uses elastic to cinch in the waist. Just like the adult version.
For this test I used one of my favorite fabric combo's Geeky glasses and these cool triangles.
The dress is sleeveless with the options of a single skirt, double skirt, sash and no sash. I went with single skirt and no sash. We also opted to sew the bias tape on the inside of the dress. It makes for such a clean finishing on the inside!
Last year I hacked the bodice to add some fun pintucks and colorblocking. It will for sure be used for quite a few dresses this summer!

And a HUGE HUGE HUGE congrats to my friend Jeanine! I know she spent a lot of time making this pattern absolutely perfect!
