Make Laundry Don't do Laundry

I have been so excited about this tour! Don't get me wrong. I LOVE a closet full of nicely organized and clean clothes, but does that even really exist? I feel like that's the Unicorn of all parental dreams. The laundry actually getting folded AND put away after being washed and dried in one load each? And lets be honest, it's just far more exciting to MAKE laundry, rather than to actually do it.....

Cassy from Pear Berry Lane concocted this whole idea and Jeanine from The Crafting Fiend and I, totally jumped on board. The point is to MAKE laundry in the amount of time it takes to DO laundry. There are some amazing pattern prize packages to be won when the tour kicks off on June 6th and a few that you will be able to win this week.
As a way to thank our amazing sponsors, we thought we could highlight their patterns along with giving some awesome inspiration on fast and easy sews!
You can check out Cassy's post here  and  Jeanine's post here.

Each day this week we will have a theme and each of us will spotlight a different sponsor. My sponsor today is Thread Faction and our theme is "Accessories and Under Clothing". I went with patterns #103 & #104 since I know both of these could easily be used as underwear along with the fact that it only took 30 minutes from printing to finishing for me to make them.

I couldn't resist these stripes or making the pocket off-centered. It gives such a fun design element to it!

The shorties are just adorable and these patterns are very easily unisex. Jude actually told Paisley that they were his when he saw her wearing them. LOL
The Stripes are Verhee's Jersey Knit and the shorties are made out of French Terry. The exact color I got is out of stock, but man I love this French Terry!
They were a dream to sew up and look so adorable on! I love that my girls can easily wear those shorts under skirts and dresses or alone for the summer.
It's patterns like this that make me jump for joy and sew rather than do laundry!

If you would love a chance to win #108 make sure to head over to my Thread Faction Blog Tour and enter!
