I am so excited about Pat Bravo from Art Gallery's newest line, Heartland! We have an amazing tour lined up this week with tons of adorable looks from some phenomenal blogs, so make sure you check back every day!
Coffee & Thread is helping me kick off the tour today. I can't wait to read all about her outfit and the fabrics she chose. Isn't that floral gorgeous??
The prints in this line are perfect for both boys and girls and I couldn't help but showcase looks for both!
For Paisley's look I chose the Droppar Moondust for her top and Unn Cross Ochre for her skirt. I love how they look paired together.
Her top is the Library Blouse from Tadah Patterns. I really adore this pattern. The pleats are always so gorgeous and a button-up is so classic. Just perfect for back to school. The fabric was an absolute dream to sew with.
I couldn't help sewing french seams and the inside is so pretty with all the sleek finishings!
I couldn't let a single scrap go to waste, so I made Paisley a little bag out of all of my scraps. It's perfect for her to bring her little Ellie around and she's brought it with her everywhere.
For her skirt, the pattern is in Linen, Wool, Cotton Kids book. This is the third time I've made this skirt and it will be far from the last one I make! We finished it off with two wooden buttons for the side closure. I seriously adore the mustard color of the skirt.
For Judes look I made the Prepster Pullover from Blank Slate in Hus Hoot Gul. Aren't these owls adorable!
Of course I had to pair his shirt with a pair of Small Fry Skinny Jeans from Titchy Threads. Art Gallery's Denim in Bluebottle Field was the perfect match. The jeans got all the bells and whistles of a pair of store bought jeans. Full working fly, flat felled seams, topstitching, and of course rivets.
