Dino I love You

*This post was sponsored by Cricut but all thoughts and opinions are my own!

Valentines Day is coming up, which I view as kind of the first real Holiday of the year. I know that New Years is technically the first actual Holiday, but at the same time, it's so close after Christmas....lets be honest, most of us are still trying to get our stuff together at that point. Kids are out of school and have been for a while. Christmas ended a week ago....just no.
So Valentines Day!
Being the Holiday of love, it's a pretty amazing holiday. My 4 younger kids LOVE Valentines Day. The teenage boy is another story, for now, but the others love all the hearts, sparkles, glitter, and lovey-dovey stuff.

Since my kids have been really diving into Dinosaurs this year, they've wanted more dino outfits. One of my favorite things about making my kids clothes, is that I can always make exactly what they want instead of having to hope something in the store is what my kids are looking for. I don't know about you, but I haven't seen any girl dinosaur related clothing at all in the stores.

I'm also really stoked because this adorable Dino Valentines Card was in Cricut Design Space and my girls fell in love with it! I adapted the card a bit so I could just cut out just the Dino and we went to work on making a Dino fabric to turn into a dress.
Here's just a short video to show how to use Cricut's Easy Press!

Some cliff notes on my lovely, super professional video.

1 - Maybe turn on your Easy press BEFORE you take your video.....
2 - To put Glitter Vinyl on Jersey Knit you will want it heated to 320 degrees for 15 seconds.
3 - Set the timer BEFORE you set your Easy Press on your project...
4 - By "cool" I meant more like an actual minute....

The Easy Press is really incredibly easy to use and I use it to press my fabric along with putting vinyl on!

The pattern I used is Titchy Threads Rowan Tee along with her Dress & Flutter Sleeves hack that will be coming out soon!
Dino Print was adapted from Cricut Valentine Card #M46884

Aren't those Dino's just the cutest??
I cut the Gold Foil ones out using the Mirror Image, wereas the Glitter ones I didn't.
