Snowy Owl Customs DC vs Marvel

We're pretty big on comics over here. My kiddo that is highly dyslexic finds them so much easier to read than regular books and they all love the stories! So they've been ecstatic about Snowy Owl Custom Fabrics DC vs Marvel round, which is still open for preorder until tonight (7-11)!

One of my kids most favorite characters is Barry Allen, aka the Flash. This panel caused quite the ruckus, and in the end I made an oversized hoodie shirt that works really well for my kids to share.
The pattern is Sommerwind by Anni Nanni and I know it's going to be a favorite for this school year!

The shorts are the Mini Hudson's and slightly modified to not have pockets (if you've followed me for a while you will get why) and in Comic Coordinate.

Since we have a good long summer and my kids have been in the water pretty much every day, I've made a ton of swimsuits for them since that's what they are wearing most of the time anyways. LOL
This swimsuit is the Boo Leo in the Comic Coord in Swim. The swim is 190-200 GSM and perfect for swimming in the pool, splash pad, or lakes!

The next swimsuit I made is the Narwhal by Sofiona Designs.
It's slightly modified because I had a brain fart when making it and instead of using bias, I sewed the top right sides together, adding a neckband into it and viole! I can't decide which version I like more! I don't think I'll ever decide, because the bias can add a fun pop of contrast color, but I love how this one looks too!

This next one is Ellie & Mac Cape Cod hacked into a two piece. My daughter is quite fond of this design and loves it even more as a two piece! She's been going for this one since I've made it. And she loves how low-key the Comic Coordinate is!

Next up is this Oliver + S Metro Top in DC Comic Gray in Bamboo Lycra. This has become another favorite! Aevs is loving how incredibly soft the Bamboo is.

I paired it with a pair of Made 4 Mermaids Bonny Leggings in Comic Coord in Bamboo Lycra too. I'm pretty sure I was told that all clothes for her have to be in Bamboo Lycra now....

And now we flip the coin and go to Marvel!

I absolutely love how bright this Jeweled Glass is! I made another Boo Leo since this girl burns easily and it has such great bum coverage!

For Jude I made a Titchy Threads Cloud 9 tank using the Captain America Panel in Stained Glass and paired it with a pair of board shorts I drafted in Marvel Glass in Blue.

The last swimsuit I made is from the Black Widow Panel in swim.
The pattern is self-drafted and made to tie in the front.

I paired it with Jeweled Glass, which again, I just love how bright these colors are!

The preorder for these prints end today, July 11th, so make sure not to miss out!
