25 of my Favorite Gifts to Make Using Cricut

Christmas is looming ever closer and I am so ready! I mean, I'm really not....I don't even have our tree up, but I am so ready for school break and the coziness of everyone being home with lots of hot cocoa and mini marshmallows, a good movie to watch, and no where we need to go!
Although I do have the majority of presents bought (not wrapped, lol) I do have a few I have to finish up for teachers, neighbors, and white elephant gifts. So if you're like me and still needing some idea's for those last minute gifts, here's 25 (plus a few) of my favorite DIY gifts you can make easily using the Cricut Machine! First project is my Christmas Pajamas. My girls still wear these shirts!

One of the biggest reasons I love personalized gifts is because to give one, it means you care about that person and two, that usually means they know you well enough to know what to get you.
Growing up, we moved so much (every 6 months to 2 years) and I rarely got to really know anyone. We didn't really have family around due to the fact that my mother came here to the states from England and all of her family was in Britain (yes my sperm donor had a family, but those gatherings were never loving nor pleasant and is a story for a darker time). But now that I'm grown and have a family of my own, I always try to get more personal gifts rather than just fluff gifts. It's just always nice to know that someone really took the time to think about you and put so much work and thought into a gift.

Christmas Quilt by Amber Simmons

This year my Paisley is very into decorating, so we've really been trying to focus on making some fun new ones for this year. Hopefully we'll get them all up before Christmas gets here....

One of my kids favorite gifts to get is Christmas pj's, so that's always a must! This year I've also been working on making each of them a quilt. I've loved that the Cricut has made making these and personalizing them so easy!

One of my most loved personalized gifts was a doll my grandmother found in a thrift shop, took home and patched up and made new little clothes for. I don't quite remember how old I was when she gave it to me, but it's one of the few things of my childhood I held on to and kept.
Even though I only got to see my grandmother a handful of times, I knew she loved me and I always felt that from her. I know that my love of sewing stemmed from her!
