I have been so excited about this tour! Don't get me wrong. I LOVE a closet full of nicely organized and clean clothes, but does that even really exist? I feel like that's the Unicorn of all parental dreams. The laundry actually getting folded AND put away after being washed and dried in one load each? And lets be honest, it's just far more exciting to MAKE laundry, rather than to actually do it.....
I'm thrilled to be part of the Thread Faction SS2016 Blog Tour today! If you're looking for one collection to make for a girls summer wardrobe, look no further! Every single pattern is knit, which I absolutely love, and it has all the basics. You can check out the whole Thread Faction Studio collection here.

Seriously, how on earth does time move SOOO fast??? I can't believe this child is a teenager. And not just that. He's 5'9" has the whole "man hair" on his legs going on and random long hairs keep popping up all over his chin. I'm not ready to be the parent of a teenager! (End of parental tantrum).
A few years ago my mother dragged me to a yard sale. Yard sales really aren't my thing (don't judge!) but for this particular one, I was very thrilled to go! There were TONS of fabric on bolts and they were super cheap! This Tropical Fish print from Cranston was there along with some awesome My Little Pony, that one day I will be brave enough to cut into.
Hello Wear to Where peeps! I'm seriously stoked to be participating in this series again! Katy from Wild & Wanderful is amazing and this series is chalk full of inspiration, so make sure to check out all the other posts!
Happy 2 year anniversary Sofilantjes! Today to celebrate I am doing a tutorial on how to add a braided strap to the Solis Dress. I ADORE this dress and the braided strap just adds a really fun element to it! There's also an amazing giveaway going on, so make sure to join Sofilantjes Facebook group, see some fun twists on her patterns and enter to win some amazing prizes!
I can't believe it's May already! Is anybody going to be participating in #mmmay16 #memademay? I already have a stack of patterns cut out for me, which is exciting because I don't make much for myself. I'm not really sure why....
This month is going to be a busy one with a birthday, anniversary and QUILT MARKET! I'll be sewing up a lot with some fun blog tours and of course making some fun new clothes for Quilt Market!
